When you book a picnic, you are paying for complete set up and tear down. It comes with tables, decor, rugs/tapestries, pillows for seating, fresh flowers or greenery, glassware, silverware, place settings, bamboo poles and string lights (if the environment allows), yard games, boho teepee (if requested), polaroid camera with film, small bucket with ice, sparkling water/water.

Our picnics start at $100.

We provide water, sparkling water, or juice for a brunch. We do not provide any alcohol. We have fruit/dessert stye charcuterie boards available to add on with your package when you book.

We book up pretty quickly! Please contact us with your date to make sure it's open. Pay a deposit to hold that date! If there is no deposit paid, that date is not reserved for you.

We're in Northern Indiana! The weather is CRAZY! If we must reschedule due to weather, a 24 hour advance notice is required. The deposit will go toward your next rescheduled picnic or event. There are no refunds for having to cancel due to weather.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you must reschedule, a 48 hour advance notice is required. If we are not given at least a 48 hour advance notice, a $50 rescheduling fee is added.

If for any reason VIBE must cancel or reschedule your picnic or event, full refunds are given.

First things first! We choose a time and a date that works best for the both of us! THEN you pay the deposit to hold your desired date. A week before your picnic (more time will be given in between for larger events), I will contact you via e-mail or text to go over location, desired color schemes, any add-ons, etc..

Your final payment is due 24 hours before our scheduled time.
